Founder's Profile
Vinitha is focused on creating inspiring, joyful, and effective ecosystem focused on self- leadership. Coaching is her calling, and works with anyone who can benefit from coaching, irrespective of their social, economic, demographic, ethnic or community status. She has been an entrepreneur who is focused on building Diversity & Inclusion as a focal point to empower and enable.
She works with Individuals across world as a coach & a mentor. She also works with corporates, MSMEs, Startups, Educational Institutions and the ecosystem enablers to help them unravel their potential by minimizing their interferences. Vinithas’ work is rooted on coaching mindset with positive psychology & Emotional Intelligence as pillars.
Her work involves building customized leadership program and brings in very focused and curated programs specific to the culture of the system or organization. Her learning workshops are experiential, exploratory, reflective and futuristic.
In addition to her entrepreneurship journey, she is also a mentor to Kerala Startup Mission, Kerala Institute of Entrepreneurship Development, Startup TN, Atal Incubation Centre, IIT Mumbai, to name a few.
